Notes at checkout

I have the starter plan and I would like to add a notes section in the checkout for buyers to leave a note for personalised options

On the Shopify Starter Plan, you can’t customize the checkout, including adding a notes field — because that plan uses Shopify’s simplified checkout with no theme access or code edits. But you can add custom app to accomplish

Hey @thecraftybeemcr,

As @nalanetworks- mentioned, you cannot add notes on checkout unless on Shopify Plus. However, you can add a textbox on the product page and prompt the shopper to add a note there, and pass the information as line item property for that order. That'll solve your use use 🙂
