Still putting sellers payments on hold, despite them having no refunds or disputes, without giving any valid reason. Seriously, nothing has changed here? Same thing happened a year ago... after I got our payment after waiting almost 2 months, I left the platform. Someone told me things had changed over here, so I decided to give them another try.. just for them to do the exact same thing. Put our payments on hold, without prior warning, without divulging a reason, on an account that has had no issues, refunds, disputes, and is in full compliance with all Shopify guidelines. You guys do a great job at chasing people away from your platform, a simple google search, Reddit search, Quora search, even your own community forum search will show hundreds of sellers who have had their money cut off from them randomly, without being given a reason.. and then are expected to wait around for months why your slow support trys to come up with a reason for why they did it. Why haven't I had this experience with any other platform? Not even sure how I fell for the trap to come back. Luckily we have alternative payment processor. Why is it so hard to be transparent with your own users? I've heard about this happening to both new sellers, as well a sellers with 15 years on the platform.. so it shows their is no discrimination, anyone can have their payments shut off without being given a reason. I don't have months to go thru this again. This was the last time I will even attempt this. Luckily this time I managed to at least withdraw my money, last time they held on to over $2500 for months, for no valid reason other then their own verification systems being faulty. I'm super irritated.
