Number of fulfilled orders not matching what's on badge

Hey, I've fulfilled a total of 7 orders since launching last night. It's a mix of orders I will ship (and have printed labels for) and orders I'll hand deliver. 

 

On the order page, "fulfillment status" column says "fulfilled" on those 7 orders. But at the top, in the black rectangle, it says "Fulfilled orders: 5."

I don't understand why it doesn't say 7, to reflect the number of fulfilled orders. Any reason for this mismatch?

 

(FYI I have have the time range set to 30 days, so that's not the issue. And none of these orders have been refunded or partially refunded or anything like that.)

It's awesome to see that your orders are starting to pickup and I understand that you're noticing some discrepancies with the number of fulfilled orders. While the status bar or analytics is usually updated straight away, it's possible that the 2 more recently fulfilled orders simply needed more time to be updated onto the analytics. In some circumstances, such as with third-party involvement, this step could take a bit longer. Hi Elias,

 

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the discrepancy is still there. We now have 16 fulfilled orders, but the status bar is showing 12. The most recent order was two days ago. We've hit refresh a lot of times.

I've checked with our Technical team today and they have confirmed that there is an issue with Shopify Analytics and Live View displaying inaccurate data. That being said, our developers are currently investigating this issue and we appreciate your patience while we work on resolving this issue.

Is there a resolve for this as we have 53 orders to filful but the amount on the badge says 103. Where are the missing 50?
