After cancelling my trial before it ended, Shooify continues to charge, attempt to charge, or admonishes me that their payment was rejected. I have communicated using the proper method as described in the help pages arguing that the membership doesnt exist and has been cancelled. Seven messages sonfar and they all get ignored and charges keep coming. I've begun swearing att gis point hoping someone has a responsible bone in their body to realize the unjust behavior on their part and properly responds. From sugar to vinegar, nothing works. What am I to do? Should I have the reason, justification, or right to sue, I would.

This continues charge attempt might be due to your Shopify account not deactivated correctly or properly. I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team so, they can deactivate your account with them properly to avoid this kind of charges. Once deactivated, you will no longer receive notifications like this unless, you have another active Shopify store that you are unaware of. It is best to share the charge attempts screenshots or invoice number if there's any with them so they can track where that charges are coming from. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
