Omnisend Order Confirmation And Shopify POS Order Confirmation Is Double Sending

We have a custom Order Confirmation email we send out through Omnisend for our Shopify customers. Because we also use Shopify POS in our store, our in-store customers are also receiving the Shopify POS receipt and the Omnisend confirmation. How do I fix this?

Hi there, thanks for the question!

All POS orders in Omnisend have 'pos: pos_name' order tag. So you can just exclude all the orders that have 'pos:...' order tag from the workflow and send order confirmations through Omnisend only to those who don't have the POS order tag.
