Setting up the payments section on my new Shopify store and the address field kept giving me error placing my Puerto Rico address. Currently I’ve reached the maximum number of attempts and says that in order to make changes I have to contact support for more assistance. Tickets have been opened, have spoke to a couple of representatives and a month later still waiting for an answer, for assistance for anything. I’ve submitted address evidence and still nothing. Can someone just assist me.
