One product limit contingent on which product is in the cart

Hi, I have read similar discussions but have not found what I am looking for.

We want to run a preorder of Product X, but we want these orders to be separate from others, so if customers add Product X to their cart, we want to prevent them from adding other product with Product X. However, if customers are not purchasing Product X, we want them to be able to put as many products in their cart as they want. For this reason, the order limit apps have not been helpful. 

In other words, we want there to be a one-product limit when checking out but only if Product X is in the cart.

Never mind, I figured it out. Used the Limitsify - Min&Max Limits app and set the item as an exclusive product
