Only first 2 images are showing up in new products all of a sudden

Hi everyone,

I have had no issues adding products and images for months now.

All of sudden with the last 2 products I added only the first 2 images show up.

If I upload 4 images. There are only 2 in the listing, if I assign the 3rd or 4th image to a variant than it shows up if you choose that variant. Any help would be great. Here is an example:

im 2 years late but im going to add the solution for others like me that googled and ended up here with no resolution in the templates theres an option to "hide other variants once selection is made' since by default the first option is already selected it automatically hides the other variants, toggle off this option and it will open up the other images
