Hello,
I purchased something through the Shopify store. Due to delays in delivery, I asked the merchant to cancel the order. They did, and I received an order cancellation email: https://imgur.com/bn0edTg.
The email states, “Order #SC46127 was cancelled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.”
However, under each product, it says, “Refunded.”
I am confused about whether the order has been refunded or not.
Additionally, I haven’t received any refund email. I paid for the order using Shopify Shop Pay.
Can someone please guide me? Do I need to chase them separately for the refund, or is it automatic?

They have a choice to refund immediately or later. If you did not receive refund confirmation email yet, reach out to the store owner for verification and further assistance.

What exactly is later? Something like 3-5 days or simply whenever the seller feels like it (in my case probrably would be never)
