Hello @robinthebest

This is a common issue with Shopify stores. Order confirmation emails are sent through Shopify's servers with their domain (t.shopifyemail.com) in the "from" address by default. While Shopify support might not be able to change this directly, there are ways to configure your store to send emails with your domain.

Here are two possible solutions:

1. Use Shopify's built-in domain email functionality:

  • Shopify offers a feature to send emails using your custom domain. You'll need to verify your domain ownership within Shopify settings.
  • This process involves adding a TXT record to your domain's DNS settings. Zoho offers instructions for managing DNS records
  • Once verified, you can activate email sending through your domain in Shopify's settings.
  • Here is the guide https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/email-forwarding-and-hosting/email-hosting

2. Use a third-party transactional email service:

  • Several services integrate with Shopify to send emails on your behalf. These services connect to your Shopify store and use your custom domain for sending emails.
  • Popular options include SendGrid, Mailgun, or Amazon SES. Each service has its setup process, but they generally involve connecting your Shopify store and configuring your domain.

Hi,

You need to update your Shopify settings and configure your domain’s DNS records for SPF and DKIM.

Make sure you did add `lhw._domainkey`, `lhw2._domainkey`, `lhw3._domainkey` and `mailerlhw._domainkey` as shown in https://dmarcdkim.com/setup/how-to-setup-dns-records-for-shopify-to-make-emails-spam-proof
Once these DKIM keys are in place employ DMARC Analytics to see where is misconfiguration: https://dmarcdkim.com/check
