I'm using Zoho mail, shopify support seems unable to help me, I have verified everything and every possible settings from Zoho side already verified.
Can anyone help?
Hello @robinthebest
This is a common issue with Shopify stores. Order confirmation emails are sent through Shopify's servers with their domain (t.shopifyemail.com) in the "from" address by default. While Shopify support might not be able to change this directly, there are ways to configure your store to send emails with your domain.
Here are two possible solutions:
1. Use Shopify's built-in domain email functionality:
2. Use a third-party transactional email service:
Hi,
You need to update your Shopify settings and configure your domain’s DNS records for SPF and DKIM.
I already did both, and both were shown verified on zoho, however I still unable to get it to work
Make sure you did add `lhw._domainkey`, `lhw2._domainkey`, `lhw3._domainkey` and `mailerlhw._domainkey` as shown in https://dmarcdkim.com/setup/how-to-setup-dns-records-for-shopify-to-make-emails-spam-proof
Once these DKIM keys are in place employ DMARC Analytics to see where is misconfiguration: https://dmarcdkim.com/check
