Order Confirmation Notification

Shopify does not send order confirmation emails to my clients. Can you please help me in this regard?

We haven't received any other reports of order confirmations not being sent, so it's likely not a widespread issue. However, if you're using a third-party domain with your Shopify store, then you may need to add the Shopify Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and DKIM records to your domain's DNS. This way, the order confirmations are not being flagged as spam or blocked by the recipient's server.

Just to confirm, are you using a third-party domain with your store?
