Order Import to new store

Hi,

We are doing redesign the old website "https://dollarcurlclub.com/" to new "https://dollarcurlclub2.myshopify.com/". Client need order history for best customer relation. I have already imported the products and customers. But we need help for importing orders. I have tried the "Matrixify, Store Importer and EZ Importer by Highview Apps" with CSV in UTF-8 of 1 order also . But it is unsuccessful. Please check my screen shot. awaiting for your reply.

Sorry to hear about your trouble.

You can click on the job in the app to open it and see more details on why it failed to import.
The issue in the app here is that, seems like you have exported from Matrixify to CSV file and edited that file in the Excel. Excel likes to read long numbers, such as IDs, as scientific numbers and when data is re-saved then the scientific number is saved instead of the proper ID, thus breaking the IDs which is what you are receiving the error about.

Please export your data from the source store using Matrixify, select to export to `Matrixify: Excel` format, so you do not need to work with CSV files.
Upload your file to the destination store in the Matrixify and import it.
