Order not received from Shopify Store

I place an order with VitalCore on 11/28. I used ShopPay to pay for said order. I received an email on 12/1 stating it was shipping. I have not received my order and no response from store.  I tried filling out the form and it is asking for the order URL. I copy and pasted the URL from the order confirmation and it is showing as invalid so it will not let me file a claim. So do I just go directly to the  NYS Attorney General and file against the store and Shopify or contact an Attorney for a class action lawsuit as you are making it impossible to file claims? Or maybe I can’t get an actual human to help me file this to avoid both the other options.
