All things Shopify and commerce
Hi. The new store launched yesterday, and the first few sales came in today (woohoo!). When I get a sale, the notification goes to the email address I used to set up my Shopify account. I want them to go to the email account I have associated with my domain. Where can I change this?
Thanks
Simon

Congratulations in getting sales! It's a great feeling 😃
You can manage order notification email addresses by going to:
Admin Dashboard -> Settings -> Notifications
Then scroll all the way down to Staff order notifications, and add recipient. You can manage the email addresses there.
Hope that helps.
Hi. I'm not sure this is the solution. I need to change something in Shopify so emails are sent to a different account.

Hello,
I checked everything, but I have a slightly different problem.
Order notifications are received on the right mail connected to the store.
But when a customer sends a message through the "Contact" Formular on my store page, I receive it to my private, secondary email.
Any solution, maybe?
Thanks in advance! 🙂
When you go to Settings -> Store Details -> Contact Information, do you have the right email address listed there? I am think shopify uses that as the contact form email.
