Order Page Search Bar

This seems like a simple thing.....but It's bothered me enough now to post about it....

When I view my orders, why do I have to click on a button for the search bar to show up? Can I have this show up by default like it used to many moons ago without having to click a button? This is frustrating when sifting through many orders. It adds another time wasting step. Just leave the search bar visible ALWAYS! PLEASE!
