Ordered via destiny bags

Hi I ordered my bad via destiny bags which is powered by Shopify. The bags which I ordered is entirely different one. How can I return it? The destiny bags.com does not have a customer complaint option.

Looks like this is a big racket to which we all have fallen prey...am suprised shopify not responding to any of our chats

We need to find a way out to bring these guys under law and stop cheating us

Soo true, I just think Shopify doesn't even care or is concerned about this matter. Just because the site was powered by Shopify, I trusted it and placed my order. I was hoping that at least Shopify is legit, but now I don't think so.

They are now selling under Glamor bags instead of destiny bags ,looks like shopify is fully involved in this fraud ,wonder how they can do something like this

These guys are the biggest thief's I have come across ,I too have had similar experience ,a roadside bag has been delivered absolutely different from what I ordered .this seems to be a easy money making racket 

Their emails don't work tried sending emails they are not delivered 

The contact nonis of of some local tailor in Delhi 

So shopify what do you have to say ,how can you help resolve this

This happened same with me today. I have even mailed them and trying to contact by call since afternoon, and there is no response yet. 

Is there any way to get the money back or the right product.

First of all you should always buy from certified shopping apps, secondly my cousin sister also bought this product and received something else. Now we contacted the delivery boy and he asked us to provide an identity proof and an application. Don't know what will happen after that, you should also contact the delivery service.
