Orders Not Showing Up

I have had 2 orders placed in my store today but they are not showing up in Shopify or printify. The only reason I know is because they were paid with Paypal so I got an email to my personal email about the payment. The orders are not listed anywhere on Shopify or Printify! It's been hours since the orders were placed. On my orders page it says "There’s a delay showing your store’s most recent orders". What's going on!

NOPE! I do finally see something at the top of my orders page that says this, "There’s a delay showing your store’s most recent orders. Your checkout is processing payments normally and your new orders will be displayed soon" so at least I know they are aware. Nice to know its just not something wrong with my store tho.

Ok thanks, I just saw it also in my orders. So we just need to wait. I think we are many !

Same for us. Just tested placing an order, and it went through for me as a "customer", but it did not generate an order #. It did show on my credit card, but no new orders showing in our orders page.

Mine seems to have finally resolved itself thank goodness. Hope the rest of yours has as well.
