All things Shopify and commerce
Okay I've noticed something really annoying and can't figure out how to change it.
On the "Orders" navigation button in my Shopify store, it has the number 13, which I interpret as I have 13 orders to fulfill.
However, I only have 5 unfulfilled orders. Looking through my past orders, it seems that Shopify is counting orders that have been canceled and still are highlighted in yellow as unfulfilled. The problem is I've archived these orders and no longer want them to be counted.
How do I fix this? It's so frustrating.
Hi @natedawg23
I think, this counter will show all orders, to see unfulfilled orders, You can Unfulfilled badge or filter the orders by order status
Thanks!
So there is no way to change the counter to just unfulfilled orders?
I don't think so, it is default behaviour in Shopify, you have to filter orders to show only unfulfilled
Thanks
The counter shows "open" orders.
In the orders page, filter by Open to see the 13 orders that are still open.
They probably just need to be archived.
Or if they were closed but left unfulfilled, you would want to unclose them then mark fulfilled, then close again.
If you archive all open orders, that counter will be 0.
