I am testing to see what happens of a product goes out of stock when a customer has it in their cart and then tries to purchase.
If the Add to Cart button is clicked an Alert comes up on the product page that shows that the product is out of stock.
If the customer hits Buy Now, the Payment Confirmation screen attempts to load and then Out of Stock popup appears which says that the item is no longer available and has been removed from the cart, but it disappears after a couple of seconds and the customer is redirected to the home page.
The popup has a Return to Store button but it redirects anyway without hitting the button. How do you stop this?
