Out of the Sandbox Superstore Theme Full of Bugs

I have purchased the Out of the Sandbox Superstore theme and the filters and the menu stopped working after I selected the infinite scroll option inside the theme's settings. The support team at Out of the Sandbox simply does not care or bother to answer. I have attached a video to demonstrate the bugs.

Please could someone from Out of the Sandbox reach out to me and fix this issue.

I have reached out to them about six times now and nobody is bothering to respond to me. I am left with a buggy theme that does not work. Here is the staging site url: https://wwb35kmm2hgfj5jh-23512959.shopifypreview.com

If you go to a category, you will see that the menu and the filters are not working and everything becomes unclickable. 

Very awful support and team. I actually bought another superstore theme for my second shop.

I would appreciate if someone could help me to get this across to Out of the Sanbox devs rather than the unskilled support team sending me generic emails.

Yes I tried and it doesn't work. I hope this topic will catch the attention of the theme owner and they will help.

The theme owners Out of the Sandbox are not bothered to reply. I don't think they care
