Over 1k sessions and visitors, but not one sales.

Hello, I have had my store open for a few days now and I am super new to shopify, I am currently running tik tok, and snap ads all day for the past 3 days . This week I have gotten about 1ksessions and visitors, but no sales. I also have upsells, a discount going, product descriptions, etc. I am unsure why my views aren't converting to sales.My store is a one product store, I dont know if people think its a scam or something, I think my website looks good i think but if someone could give me some advice? and help me out, That would mean alot. Thank you!

I have not tried any of those marketing and I do have someone helping me, But I made the website and I setup everything.

I have analyzed this, The product is indeed selling in the market. There are tik tok videos with over millions of views and likes and I looked it up and they are selling.
