Over-charged for LITE?

Was wondering if anyone can help me because I'm a little confused as to why we are paying $79 a month however it says the system we are using is LITE. We changed it over to PRO when the systems updated last year but it says LITE in our settings? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Hyde here from Shopify. That's strange!

To be clear, you're saying that when you go to Settings > Plan it indicates that you are on the Lite plan yet you are being charged the $79 for the Shopify Plan?

You can double-check your invoice by going to Settings > Billing and looking at a breakdown of the charges for clarity. If you refresh your cache and cookies and check it again, does the discrepancy still persist?
