Hello! I've recently realised that I have been charged an extra £5.00 GBP on my basic plan, and for the last 13 months. Sadly I received a disappointing lame explanation by the billing advisor!
Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you in advance!
Hello, and thank YOU for your prompt reply! I have tried all the above. Sadly all that I can see is an out of the blue monthly basic increased fee, and in dollars, while my account is still showing the correct UK fee. I'm trying to reason with them, as the math is simply incorrect, but so far I am only receiving cold standard replies. I will take your suggestion and I will ask to speak to a more senior advisor in order to correctly investigate the issue.
