Page jumps to form in footer when page loads (horizon theme)

Every time a page loads - it will jump down to the footer - meaning the user has to scroll back up.

Can you please provide the link of the product or page where the issue is occuring. I have checked on Homepage, it is working smoothly and it dosen't directly jump to the bottom. It is working as it is.

I removed the phone number field from the form and that seemed to fix the issue.
