Page with shipping rate calculator

I wanted to create a page with "shipping calculator" which will show the configured shipping price in shopify .

customer should be able to choose the country and province . Is it possible to do that ?

I have already seen tutorials to do the same on the cart .But i am looking for creating a seperate page for shipping calculator .

There are tons of shipping calculator , i tried few but it doesnt solve the issue .
