Pages are not indexed any longer and show weird URLs extensions

Hello all,

We recently noticed that Google de-indexed 100-150 pages and when running screamingfrog we noticed that e.g. collection urls showed extensions such as /collection/collectionname/products or even collections/tagged/collectionname.
We certainly did not generate these URLs so anybody knows how this happened and most importantly how to fix this? Thanks a lot!

I am seeing the same thing on my site. Don't see any help from Shopify at this moment.
