Parallax hero not responsive on mobile, how can i change it or delete it ?

I have issues with my parallax hero on my home page. On desktop it works perfectly, but on mobile it will use the image for the desktop, and i'm not able to change it, even though i added a different image on the mobile option. 

I can also not hide it, even after checking the box "hide on mobile". 

Is there a way for me to use different images on desktop or mobile ? Or can i just hide it on mobile somehow ?
