Pass Product Information to Contact Form

I added the contact form on the product page. By default, when the user submits the contact form it does not send the product info with it therefore making the submitted message useless because you cannot link it to a product or at least know which page that the user send it from. How can I add product info so that it is submitted together with the message?  I used the shopify forms app. Looking to get some help with this and a few other things. Freelancers are more than welcome.

Yes, you can customize the form to have hidden input filed which will have the product URL in it.
