Password page not allowing me to type or enter email :(

Website: hayatigoods.com

Password: uflaw

Issue: When I am on the password page, click enter using password, it doesn't show the text when i type the password. I thought it was maybe a color issue, but the correct password still isn't working. So there are two issues:

1) Text isn't appearing when I type the password

2) For some reason it's not working even with the right password

Note that I did customize this page with the "COMING SOON" font and i think the background color

When I click "your password" the text does get smaller as if its working but then i type something and i can't see it at all, and the correct password isn't working

Thank you

Hi @yasmineb works fine in chrome-browser desktop.

Try in a different browser, a private tab , and or clear your browsers cache, and or disable browser extensions that may interfere with websites.

The chrome-browser desktop was on windows.

Without a developer being able to replicate the exact conditions you may be experiencing there is little anyone on forum can do.

Disable as many frontend affecting apps as you can an retest from the top such as optimonk or abtesting tools etc.

Restore a backup theme from before any changes if you made one, or install a new copy of the same theme without any changes and test for similar behavior IF still an issue it's either an app, some server issue in your region, or a combination of which software&hardware is being used.

Also beware that low screen contrast of dark pink on muted pink is a reaaaaaly bad idea.

Applying to much personal aesthetics to an ecommerce site can be lethal to business.

Good Hunting.
