password page

I need some help with my shopify password page. I want to remove the circled items shown below and want to add my sms liquid code to replace the circled items. Can you help with this asap?

Hello @elusiveent 

1 Go to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes.

2 Click "..." (three dots) next to your active theme and select Edit Code.

3 In the left panel, open password.liquid (found under Templates).

4 Locate the code for the circled items 

5 Remove the unwanted elements (or hide them with CSS).

6 Add your SMS Liquid code where needed.

7 Click Save, then preview your password page.
