Pause And Build option not showing

I need to pause one of my current Shopify plans, and have had no issue doing so in the past even with a handful of 3rd part apps installed.  I have two stores on Shopify, and for one I just switched to Pause-And-Build with no problem.  But for the other site, the option is not coming up when I select "Deactivate My Store".  Hoping someone knows if there is something I am missing.  This is a paid plan, not a trial, this site has been up for years now.  I don't believe there is a newer 3rd party app that I am using since I last did this, but searching the forums briefly it seems that may be one of the only reasons this is happening to this particular store.  Thank you in advance.

Thanks for letting us know about this and for sharing the details of your situation in depth.


The first thing I would generally look at in this situation is whether the store in question was on a paid trial, which is a requirement for the Pause and Build plan, but you mentioned already that this is not the case.


I'd also recommend clearing the cache on your browser any time you run into issues like these, though if it is only occurring for one store and not the other using the same browser this may not be the root cause.
