All things Shopify and commerce
I'm having problems with the orders or products I'm selling on my drop store. When a order comes in I go to AliExpress to pay and the amount I have to pay for the products to be ordered to the customers. The cost to pay for them is way more them what the customer payed for. Sob what I'm trying to say is that I'm losing money cause I'm paying the difference of the order.
Ex: Customer pays $44 for order I pay 80 for AliExpress to fulfill
I really need help had to deactivate my store till I got this figured out
Thank you!!!

Hi @Sionnasosa22,
If your customers are paying too cheap a price for your products, that is because you have set the prices too low and you should increase them accordingly. You have control over your prices even if you are using an app to import products from AliExpress to your store. It is important to check the cost of placing these orders with suppliers ahead of time and factor that into the product prices on your website.
If you are not sure how much you should be charging, please refer to this article on the Shopify Blog that discusses different prices strategies for retail businesses.
