Hello shopify team,
so i was on my free trial for my store and when i tried to cancel it, it didn’t go through and now they have deducted 126$ so I tried contacting customer service but no one picked up call and in the chat i just kept waiting so just wanna solve this issue and need refund please.

Shopify’s free trial doesn’t auto-cancel, so if you didn’t close the store properly, it likely rolled into a paid plan. First, double-check your store status, is it fully closed or just paused? Next, hit up Shopify support again, but this time, try their Help Center chat or message @ShopifySupport on X (Twitter), they respond faster there. If they don’t issue a refund, and you paid with PayPal or a credit card, you might be able to dispute the charge
