If Shopify shows that the payout was made to your Shopify Balance account but you haven't received it, contact Shopify Support for assistance. They can help investigate the issue and ensure your funds are correctly deposited into your account.

I understand the situation you're currently experiencing is not ideal. If you haven't already, I recommend getting in touch with our authenticated Support, so our team can take a look at your Payouts to determine the issue. You can create a support request through the Shopify Help Center by typing your question to the Help Center Assistant. You should then see options to click I still need help > Chat with a Support Advisor.
