Payment pending

I have a problem with my payout, it’s been about two weeks now and i haven’t received my payout. It just says pending. I have checked my shopify notifications and there’s nothing there, I have also made sure that my payout schedule is ‘every business day’. I don’t know what else I am ment to do. Can anyone help?

There might be an issue with your account. I highly advise you to reach out to Shopify support team directly as they can further check your account and see what is causing the issue. They will guide with the instructions how to resolve this if necessary. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
