Hello, I just received a notification from my bank about a payment from Shopify for the monthly subscription of £69. I completely forgot that I had a trial store with a selected plan that I did not close. I did not want to continue with the store I forgot to close it. How do I get a refund as I just closed the store and I do not have the money to pay for this

Generally speaking, Shopify does not provide refunds. We are happy to look into situations on a case by case scenario though.
