I recently unsubscribed from Shopify as a whole or so I thought. I had found out Shopify was still charging my card so I deleted my account expecting it to delete all my information with it too. It seems that wasn’t the case being a month later I was still getting charged. Does anyone know this fix or am I just still in an infinite loop of payment plans?

Hey @Chris_1011.

Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.

If you suspect that you are receiving charges from the Shopify platform after you have successfully deactivating your store, we will need to take a closer look into the charges received to advise further. Since we are unable to authenticate over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to view the specifics.

In this case, I suggest reaching out to a Support Advisor about this situation by completing this form. Once you successfully complete the form, you should see the options to speak with our live support.

Hi @Chris_1011 !

The reason Shopify keeps on invoicing you are because your Shopify account is still active. You need to make sure that you already deactivated your account. If you are unable to do so or in doubt if you deactivated your account correctly, then I suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team as they have more knowledge regarding your account status. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
