PAYMENTS PAUSED - CORRECT YOUR ITIN

My address verification failed (no one kno why), I reached maybe 10 times in the last 3 months for someone to get back to me to fix this because as it failed a few times now I am not able to update it on my own anymore, no one ever get back to me.

7 days ago I received a notification that I need to update my ITIN or my payouts will be paused, as I said I cant do that because they never fixed that thing about my address so I am not able to do it on my own, I am reaching out every day in the past 7 days and beging for someone to get back to me to fix this so I can update my ITIN, 7 days every time a support advisor told me: "someone will get back to you via email", no ome ever did and now my payouts are pused, obviously not because of me because I am teying to fox this for 3 months, yes 3 months. 

Is someone playing with me now or what? I never, never in my life faced anything like this before, this is so unprofessional. This will destroy my whole business where ai am making $100+K in revenue, who can finance all expenses if they are not receiving payouts?

I dont know anymore what to do, I've tried everything .
