Hi,
My payments from my sales have been "Pending" for the last 2 weeks and i am in dire need of the money to pay off my expenses for my orders which came out of pocket. I have reached out to support 3 days in a row and nobody from the Shopify team has yet to contact me via email as they said they would. The slow customer service for the real issues is truly astonishing. If anyone can please help out, it would be greatly appreciated. I am past the point of desperation due to my situation.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. While I don't have access to Shopify's internal system, I recommend double-checking your account settings to ensure there are no issues with your payment provider or payout method. Sometimes, delays can be caused by verification issues.
If you've already contacted support and are still waiting for a response, I suggest reaching out via Shopify's social media channels (Twitter or Facebook) or live chat, as these can sometimes expedite the process.

I double and triple checked and there are no issues with the payment provider or payout method. I have no notifications stating that anything is wrong. I am incredibly frustrated. I am late on 2 credit card payments and now being charged interest just because SHOPIFY IS HOLDING ALMOST $4,000 OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!! This is an actual nightmare. I am incredibly distasted with this platform - this was the last platform i would of thought to have this terrible of service. Just unbelievable..
