Absolutely disgusting treatment from Shopify. They have stopped my payments for three weeks with no explanation and never come back to me. How can anyone run a business like this! Does anyone have any advice. I contact Support every day to be asked the same questions and never get any answers. They are now holding over £3000 of my money and no one seems to want to help me or tell me what the issue is.

There's not really any point. Support can't give us any answers and no one else will help us. I've never known such bad customer service. Nearly four weeks with no money and we have no one to turn to for help.
