Hi, @evomshop.

Thanks for your message, I would be happy to offer you some insight into this. Have you checked the abandoned checkouts area of your admin to see if your order attempt shows up there? You can do this by clicking Orders>Abandoned Checkouts in your admin:

If so, click the order and it should break down the issue that caused the order to fail. It could be anything from an issue with the credit card you used, or even unavailable funds to cover the cost of the order. Another, and more likely, the possibility is that you left the payment screen after you paid and did not wait for the order confirmation screen, which is the very end of our checkout process. Do you remember being re-directed to your store's "Thank you" page after placing your test order? Lastly, do you see the order as paid in your PayPal account when you access your PayPal account? I would also recommend double-checking this if you have not done so yet.

If you have looked into all the above possibilities and confirmed that this is not the case, I would recommend reaching out to our live support team to take a closer look into this with you. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results. Since this is the next step in getting a solution for this, I have gone ahead and marked this as solved for others who may stumble across this post. However, please do not hesitate to reach back out here with any questions about the above information if you have them!
