Payoneer account cannot be connected to shopify store: multiplemall.com

i have a store that has been built from shopify.com. Store name is multiplemall.com. But i cannot connect it with payoneer account? All possible efforts have been taken. In payoneer support center one item is under review since 8 Nov 2023. Attaching files.

Hi, @wahid66. Can you tell me more about what happens when you try to connect Payoneer to your account? Are you seeing any error messages or notifications about this relating to Shopify?

Since Payoneer is a third party payment processor we won't have much information on why it won't connect, but I can at least point you in the right direction for more help. If your account can't connect because it is still under review by Payoneer it's best to speak to them directly as they will have more information on why the review is not completed and whether there is anything needed from you to resolve the review. You should be able to contact them through their support centre here. If the reason you can't connect is due to something on Shopify's end, we'd be happy to look into this with you once we have more information.
