Hello! My store has been recently shut down as a result of it posing a “high risk” and they just told me that my payout will be on hold for 120 days the thing is I would get my payouts deposited on to my Shopify balance card and I just notice that I can’t log into Shopify balance since they deactivated my account. So How am I supposed to receive my payout? Will they deposit it to the card I would use to pay my monthly subscription?Or are these people just playing around with me and will simply just keep my money for themselves?!

We're unable to authenticate folks here in the forums, so I'm not privy to any specifics around your account or your payouts. With that being said, it sounds like you've been in communication with our Team regarding your store. If you have received any emails from our Team regarding your store, it's best that you direct any questions directly as a reply to the emails you've received around this situation. Those email threads have already authenticated you, and will get you back in touch with the folks best equipped to let you know what will be happening to your payouts once this 120 period ends.

I have waited over 120 days now. I have been in contact with your “team” and I say it that way because it seems I’m talking to just an AI bot at this point! This is ridiculous every time I stay online to talk to a “representative” they say the same thing “we will try to get more information about your hold payment”. Just to literally get no information back. I’m still currently waiting for my payment of over 400 dollars which I’ve already waited the 120 days and for what?! There has been no update and no deposit! Please Fix this!
