Payout not released yet it supposed to be release by 27th october 2023 as per Safety & trusted team

Hello Shopify 

My payout to be released by 27th October 2023 as per given instruction by Shopify safety and trust team 

since i am trying to check balance and talked with customer support no one able to check it they just giving time it will come next day next day still no payout happened . 

why they delaying my payout already was waiting last 3 months how Shopify making fraud with Seller or vendor 

where is professional services its been 6 days no respond by their email support

I would recommend reaching back out to them via email. Once they get to your inquiry, they will be able to provide further insight around that scheduled payout date and any possible causes of a delay.

It's been 6 days since no response by your team. 

why they are doing this they supposed to work on this matter and just payout my funds it supposed to be release as per given time frame there is no person who can help here whenever i try to reach you guys just says oh contact same email if they are not respond where i have to go you just mentally harassing..

at least they should respond, it seems no one intrested on this matter if you can help or can you guide what i can do on this matter if they not working.
