I have two sites under one ID. For both sites, the first payout status is pending and I have tried shopify chatting several times, but no email is sent and no action is taken. What is the reason for this? Is it because I have two sites at the same time? It's really frustrating. The chat agents simply tell me to wait for a email from another Shopify team, saying it is not their authority. How long should I usually wait?
