I am sorry to learn that you have not yet received your payout. When you see a payout marked as 'paid' in your Shopify admin, this means the payout has been transferred to your bank account on file. This status means that we have deposited the funds, however when it is actually received into your bank account is down to your bank's processing times. Sometimes it can take your bank 24-48 hours to process and receive those funds.
With that being said, if it goes past ten days, and you have not received the payout into your account, please don't hesitate to reach out to support via our page here. By doing so, we should be able to help you trace the funds if needs be.
