They did the same thing to my account and didn't provide any explanation. I didn't receive any email from them. They're holding $5k of my money and it's almost black friday. Reached out to their chat support 5 times in the last two weeks and all they say is "We have escalated your case, our internal team will review it and get back to you". ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Did they at least send you the "email" as they claimed in the notice ?
Same issue here, no explanation. How much did they hold? How did you solve this?
