Hi! Needing and help of advice.
I just opened a store about 2 weeks ago and got an email after my first sale that my payouts are on hold. I reached out to support and they told me they sent an email for additional information- I never received any emails. I checked my spam/junk and all emails- nothing. The support said they would resend the email. Still never got it. Spoke to another representative and they opened a case- I responding to the case number email the next day and said the case is closed- still no resolution. I reached out to someone yesterday and the same robotic responses that they will work hard to fix it but aren’t telling me what the actual issue is or when it will be resolved. I am becoming extremely frustrated that it feels like it won’t ever be resolved and there isn’t someone I can actually speak to… has anyone else experience this? How did you get it resolved? How long did it take?!
