Payouts Pending but no help from customer service

Hi! I switched from Square to shopify last week and it has been SUCH a nightmare, namely with getting my payouts to my bank account. Square was so easy and reliable and I never had to worry about if my money was getting deposited. I have been chatting DAILY with the chat customer service and every day they "Escalate" it and promise me I will hear from the correct team shortly. Payouts are still pending and no one has done a single thing to help me. To be clear: every agent I have chatted with has told me that I have set everything up perfectly, and the hold up is on their end. Has anyone else had any success with getting their payouts after begging customer support daily for over a week? I need to pay my staff and shopify seems to not care. I was told shopify was small business friendly but WOW thats false. I should have listened to the horror stories on tiktok.

I am having the exact same problem... Everyday I hear that my ticket is open.and in the queue... It is so frustrating they are holding our money hostage!
