Has anyone had their payments showing as pending for nearly a month? I missed one monthly store payment because my card had to be cancelled by the bank. I paid it immediately once I realised. Im assuming this is why...
I have contacted Shopify Support many times and they tell me that the hold is in place by Stripe. I contact Stripe and they tell me the hold is in place by Shopify. I feel like I am never going to be able to get this fixed. It's so frustrating.
